Deciphering Life

1. Can you tell us a little about your book?

It’s a compilation of short stories related to life. Lessons on philosophy, real-life experiences, business management, marketing, achievements, parental care, personal and family life, and many topics a reader will easily relate to. Language is lucid and not very complex. The tone of the book is simple and straight from the heart.

2. Is there a specific event that inspired this story or was this an out-of-the-blue idea?

I always wanted to write and connect with people through my writing. I believe I have an
art of expressing my thoughts and views well on paper and over the years, people have
appreciated the way I document things. Both personally as well as professionally I was able
to convey my thoughts in a way that is non-repetitive and not bossing over.

3. What got you writing in the first place?

My passion is to express and share. I found that some of the initial stories that I wrote really
struck a chord with the readers. They expressed their feedback saying my stories and the
lessons therein really changed their lives and they got a lot of clarity. This inspired me to
write more and finally this book.

4. What was your impression of your first draft when you read it?

I felt good and felt like I will be able to connect with my readers in an honest
manner. I felt and it has always been my endeavor to help readers grasp some wisdom
from my experiences and writing.

5. What makes your book the one to read?

People will relate to it...they will have a choice of story to read first. Depending on their
personal life situation or what they are going through, they might find some solution in my
writing. The book doesn’t have complicated jargon and is filled with anecdotes and real-
life examples, making it truly a fun, interesting, and easy life guide.

6. What was the best advice you got while writing?

Very relatable, honest, and straight from the heart. Very useful and insightful.

7. Who’s your all-time favorite author? Which book of his/hers made you fall in love with them?

No one in particular...I read a variety of books. Loved "Shoe Dog - A memoir by the creator
of Nike" by Phil Knight. I like to read biographies more as they are real people who have
achieved real success.

8. What is your evergreen tip to the writers out there?

Be honest, write original, and relate your writing with real-life stories or experiences.

9. Do you have another plot brewing?

Yes, it's in progress! Until then happy reading!
