Author Interview Mrinal Chadha

1. Can you tell us a little about your book? 

This book is all about the food we take and its nutritional value, to maintain the calorie intake without avoiding any food.

 

2. Is there a specific event that inspired this story or was this an out of the blue idea?

 My own transformation experience was the reason behind writing this book, I have gone through various problems and issues while undergoing transformation, so just thought of sharing this knowledge with everyone and help them reach their goals.


3. What got you writing in the first place? 

As said my own personal experiences and the problems I went through.

 

4. What was your impression of your first draft when you read it?

 I liked it and was thinking of the things which can be added into it so that more information and knowledge can be put into it.



5. Which part of your story connects the most with you? Why? 

The complete book is based on the research and experiment I have done and gone through during my transformation phase, so can say that whatever is mentioned in this book is something which I know, I have researched and are applying on myself.



6. What makes your book the one to read?

 It provides the reader complete knowledge about, macros, micros and nutritional value of the food items that we eat on almost daily basis, after reading this book, we simply need to calculate the calorie other aspect of it and accordingly plan our diet without avoiding our favourite food, what can be a better reason other than this.



7. What is your evergreen tip to the writers out there? 

Just put in your heart and soul while writing your book and it will automatically connect with your readers.
