Author-Interview-Sanika Chavan

1. Can you tell us a little about your book?

Monotony is not a quality of life; situations lead us to new journeys, new learnings, and new challenges in life. As they all say “Nirvana” is not an event it is a process; a process to move on; a process to discover; unearth and unwind & so is life. Just the way there are levels in video games; life also has its levels where the game gets harder as you traverse through level after level. Life teaches us lessons that when everything is haywire and nothing goes as planned; we have to stand there and witness it and imbibe that it is all momentary after all and this too shall pass…….

All of the above is demonstrated in the book through the author's experiences over her life span. Life is as simple or as complex as we make it. The key to Happiness is imbibing the 3 A’s in life: Awareness, Acceptance & Acknowledgement; Awareness that nothing is in our control; acceptance of the same by changing our gestalt, and finally acknowledging that life is simple if we live every moment with gratitude. It’s the quest to find that missing piece and create my story out of the mystery of life.
